Our Approach

UVAE celebrates Portuguese wine through culture, history, storytelling and gastronomy. We encourage appreciation, moderation and responsible consumption.

Legal Drinking Age

Alcohol is served only to guests of legal drinking age under Portuguese law. Guests may be asked to confirm age if required.

Moderation

Wine tasting is intended as a cultural and sensory experience, not as encouragement to excessive drinking. UVAE may refuse or stop serving alcohol when necessary for safety or legal reasons.

Transport

Guests should not drive after consuming alcohol. We recommend walking, using a taxi, ride service, private transfer or another safe transport option after the experience.

Health And Safety

Guests who are pregnant, taking medication or managing a health condition should seek appropriate medical advice regarding alcohol consumption.
