Legal Operator

UVAE TEMPLARIA is operated by Particula Destemida - Unipessoal Lda, NIF 514 346 639, with fiscal address at Estrada do Farol n.º 77, Edificio Auroramar, Loja 6, 8400-505 Carvoeiro, Lagoa, Algarve, Portugal.

Reservations

UVAE experiences are by reservation only and are subject to availability. Reservations should be made at least 24 hours in advance unless otherwise agreed.

Experience Format

The UVAE wine tasting experience is held in English and includes Portuguese wines, illustrated films and artisanal snack pairings. The format, wines and pairings may change depending on availability and operational needs.

Guest Numbers

Public sessions have limited seating. Private group requests may be available on selected dates and are confirmed individually.

Cancellations And Changes

Reservations may be changed or cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled experience, subject to availability.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be refunded or rescheduled. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the experience, late arrivals and no-shows are not refundable.

If UVAE needs to cancel or reschedule an experience for operational reasons, guests may choose a new available date or receive a full refund.

Arrival Time

Guests should arrive on time. Because the experience includes timed films and guided tasting, significant delays may reduce the experience or prevent participation.

Dietary Restrictions

Guests should inform UVAE in advance of allergies, intolerances or dietary restrictions. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests, but we cannot guarantee the absence of traces or cross-contact.

Alcohol And Age

Wine is served only to guests of legal drinking age under Portuguese law. UVAE may refuse service where legally or responsibly required.

GiftBottle

The UVAE GiftBottle includes a printed craft-paper invitation redeemable for one UVAE wine tasting experience for one person.

GiftBottle invitations are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless another validity date is stated on the printed invitation. Advance booking is required and redemption is subject to availability.

GiftBottle invitations are transferable, but may only be used once. They are not redeemable for cash.

Lost, damaged or unreadable invitations may only be replaced if UVAE can verify the original purchase.

GiftBottle purchases may be cancelled within the legal withdrawal period when applicable and provided the invitation has not been redeemed.

Complaints Book

Guests may use the official Portuguese Livro de Reclamações platform at www.livroreclamacoes.pt.
